This solution processes customer data. Customers are responsible for:

  • Obtaining necessary consents for data processing

  • Complying with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)

  • Implementing appropriate security measures

  • Conducting data protection impact assessments

  • Maintaining records of processing activities

AWS provides tools and services to help customers meet their compliance obligations, but customers remain responsible for their own compliance.

Security

Customers are responsible for:

  • Configuring AWS services securely

  • Managing access credentials

  • Implementing network security controls

  • Encrypting sensitive data

  • Monitoring for security events

  • Responding to security incidents

AWS provides security features and best practices, but customers must implement and maintain appropriate security measures for their specific use cases.
