ListPoliciesForTarget
Lists the policies that are directly attached to the specified target root, organizational unit (OU), or account. You must specify the policy type that you want included in the returned list.
Note
When calling List* operations, always check the NextToken response parameter value, even if you receive an empty result set.
These operations can occasionally return an empty set of results even when more results are available.
Continue making requests until NextToken returns null. A null NextToken value indicates that you have retrieved all available results.
You can only call this operation from the management account or a member account that is a delegated administrator.

For information about the parameters that are common to all actions, see Common Parameters.
The request accepts the following data in JSON format.

Valid Range: Minimum value of 1. Maximum value of 20.
Required: No
- NextToken
-
The parameter for receiving additional results if you receive a
NextTokenresponse in a previous request. ANextTokenresponse indicates that more output is available. Set this parameter to the value of the previous call'sNextTokenresponse to indicate where the output should continue from.Type: String
Length Constraints: Maximum length of 100000.
Pattern:
[\s\S]*Required: No
- TargetId
-
ID for the root, organizational unit, or account whose policies you want to list.
The regex pattern
for a target ID string requires one of the following: -

Type: String
Length Constraints: Maximum length of 100.
Pattern:
^(r-[0-9a-z]{4,32})|(\d{12})|(ou-[0-9a-z]{4,32}-[a-z0-9]{8,32})$Required: Yes

Response Elements
If the action is successful, the service sends back an HTTP 200 response.
The following data is returned in JSON format by the service.
- NextToken
-
If present, indicates that more output is available than is included in the current response. Use this value in the
NextTokenrequest parameter in a subsequent call to the operation to get the next part of the output. You should repeat this until theNextTokenresponse element comes back asnull.Type: String
Length Constraints: Maximum length of 100000.
Pattern:
[\s\S]* - Policies
-
The list of policies that match the criteria in the request.
Type: Array of PolicySummary objects

Examples
Example
The following example shows how to get a list of all service control policies
(SCPs) of the type specified by the Filter parameter, that are
directly attached to an account. The list doesn't
include policies that apply to the account because of inheritance from its
location in an OU hierarchy.
Sample Request
POST / HTTP/1.1
