The name of the metric. Valid values are:

SALE_SUCCESS – Sale success.
CSAT – Customer satisfaction.
CHURN_PROPENSITY – Churn propensity.
SELF_SERVICE_SUCCESS – Self-service success.
PARTIAL_SELF_SERVICE_SUCCESS – Partial self-service success.
