Sharing Amazon Q Business index knowledge bases

After creating a knowledge base from an Amazon Q Business index, Author users can share it with other users in Amazon Quick Suite:

  1. Navigate to Knowledge bases.

  2. Select the Amazon Q Business index knowledge base you want to share.

  3. Choose Share.

  4. Select the users or groups you want to share the knowledge base with.

  5. Choose Share to confirm.

Users who have access to an Amazon Q Business index in Amazon Q Business automatically have access to the corresponding knowledge base in Amazon Quick Suite.
