# ListXssMatchSets

Returns an array of [XssMatchSet](API_wafRegional_XssMatchSet.md) objects.

The request accepts the following data in JSON format.

 ** [Limit](#API_wafRegional_ListXssMatchSets_RequestSyntax) **   <a name="WAF-wafRegional_ListXssMatchSets-request-Limit"></a>
Specifies the number of [XssMatchSet](API_wafRegional_XssMatchSet.md) objects that you want AWS WAF to return for this request. If you have more `XssMatchSet` objects than the number you specify for `Limit`, the response includes a `NextMarker` value that you can use to get another batch of `Rules`.  
Type: Integer  
Valid Range: Minimum value of 0. Maximum value of 100.  
Required: No

 ** [NextMarker](#API_wafRegional_ListXssMatchSets_RequestSyntax) **   <a name="WAF-wafRegional_ListXssMatchSets-request-NextMarker"></a>
If you specify a value for `Limit` and you have more [XssMatchSet](API_wafRegional_XssMatchSet.md) objects than the value of `Limit`, AWS WAF returns a `NextMarker` value in the response that allows you to list another group of `XssMatchSets`. For the second and subsequent `ListXssMatchSets` requests, specify the value of `NextMarker` from the previous response to get information about another batch of `XssMatchSets`.

Length Constraints: Minimum length of 1. Maximum length of 1224.  
Pattern: `.*\S.*`   
Required: No

If the action is successful, the service sends back an HTTP 200 response.

The following data is returned in JSON format by the service.

If you have more [XssMatchSet](API_wafRegional_XssMatchSet.md) objects than the number that you specified for `Limit` in the request, the response includes a `NextMarker` value. To list more `XssMatchSet` objects, submit another `ListXssMatchSets` request, and specify the `NextMarker` value from the response in the `NextMarker` value in the next request.

 ** WAFInternalErrorException **   
The operation failed because of a system problem, even though the request was valid. Retry your request.  
HTTP Status Code: 500

 ** WAFInvalidAccountException **   
The operation failed because you tried to create, update, or delete an object by using an invalid account identifier.  
HTTP Status Code: 400
