# Tipos de recursos que puede buscar con Resource Explorer

El Explorador de recursos admite tipos de recursos en numerosos AWS servicios.

Algunos tipos de recursos se identifican mediante cadenas de [nombre de recurso (ARN) de Amazon](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/general/latest/gr/aws-arns-and-namespaces.html) que comparten un formato común con otro tipo de recurso. Cuando esto ocurre, Resource Explorer puede reportar esos recursos como el otro tipo de recurso. Para obtener una lista de los tipos de recursos afectados por este problema, consulte [Tipos de recursos que aparecen como otros tipos](#resource-type-exceptions).

En este momento, las etiquetas adjuntas a los recursos AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM), como los roles o los usuarios, no se pueden usar para realizar búsquedas.

Si tiene acceso cifrado a algunos de sus recursos, Resource Explorer no podrá detectarlos. No verá estos recursos en los resultados de la búsqueda.

En las siguientes tablas se enumeran los tipos de recursos que se admiten para realizar búsquedas en Explorador de recursos de AWS.

Para acceder a la lista de tipos de recursos compatibles desde el código, puede invocar la [ListSupportedResourceTypes](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/resource-explorer/latest/apireference/API_ListSupportedResourceTypes.html)operación desde cualquiera AWS SDK de ellos.

Por ejemplo, puede ejecutar el comando [list-supported-resource-types](https://awscli.amazonaws.com/v2/documentation/api/latest/reference/resource-explorer-2/list-supported-resource-types.html) AWS Command Line Interface (AWS CLI), como se muestra en el siguiente ejemplo.

## Tipos de recursos que aparecen como otros tipos

Algunos tipos de recursos se identifican mediante cadenas de [nombre de recurso (ARN) de Amazon](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/general/latest/gr/aws-arns-and-namespaces.html) que comparten un formato común con otro tipo de recurso. Cuando esto ocurre, Resource Explorer puede reportar esos recursos como el otro tipo de recurso. Esto afecta a los tipos de recursos de la siguiente tabla.
