Local presence requirement
Peru carrier (Entel) only supports locally-registered RCS agents. Your business must have a local presence in Peru to be eligible for RCS messaging. No additional documentation is required beyond the standard registration form – the local presence restriction is validated during carrier review. If your business does not have Peruvian operations or a locally-registered entity, your registration will be denied.
Note
There are no additional documents to upload for Peru. However, if your business is not locally registered in Peru, your registration will not be approved.
