# XssMatchSetSummary

The `Id` and `Name` of an `XssMatchSet`.

The name of the `XssMatchSet`, if any, specified by `Id`.  
Type: String  
Length Constraints: Minimum length of 1. Maximum length of 128.  
Pattern: `.*\S.*`   
Required: Yes

 ** XssMatchSetId **   <a name="WAF-Type-wafRegional_XssMatchSetSummary-XssMatchSetId"></a>
A unique identifier for an `XssMatchSet`. You use `XssMatchSetId` to get information about a `XssMatchSet` (see [GetXssMatchSet](API_wafRegional_GetXssMatchSet.md)), update an `XssMatchSet` (see [UpdateXssMatchSet](API_wafRegional_UpdateXssMatchSet.md)), insert an `XssMatchSet` into a `Rule` or delete one from a `Rule` (see [UpdateRule](API_wafRegional_UpdateRule.md)), and delete an `XssMatchSet` from AWS WAF (see [DeleteXssMatchSet](API_wafRegional_DeleteXssMatchSet.md)).  
 `XssMatchSetId` is returned by [CreateXssMatchSet](API_wafRegional_CreateXssMatchSet.md) and by [ListXssMatchSets](API_wafRegional_ListXssMatchSets.md).
