Deletes a private graph endpoint.

The unique identifier of the Neptune Analytics graph.  
Pattern: `g-[a-z0-9]{10}`   
Required: Yes

The ID of the VPC where the private endpoint is located.  
Pattern: `vpc-[a-z0-9]+`   
Required: Yes

The ID of the VPC endpoint that was deleted.
