# UpdateLicenseManagerReportGenerator

Updates a report generator.

After you make changes to a report generator, it starts generating new reports within 60 minutes of being updated.

Type of reports to generate. The following report types are supported:  
+ License configuration report - Reports the number and details of consumed licenses for a license configuration.
+ Resource report - Reports the tracked licenses and resource consumption for a license configuration.
Type: Array of strings  
Valid Values: `LicenseConfigurationSummaryReport | LicenseConfigurationUsageReport | LicenseAssetGroupUsageReport`   
Required: Yes

## Response Elements

If the action is successful, the service sends back an HTTP 200 response with an empty HTTP body.

One or more parameter values are not valid.  
HTTP Status Code: 400

Too many requests have been submitted. Try again after a brief wait.  
HTTP Status Code: 400

Your resource limits have been exceeded.  
HTTP Status Code: 400

 ** ResourceNotFoundException **   
The resource cannot be found.  
HTTP Status Code: 400

 ** ServerInternalException **   
The server experienced an internal error. Try again.  
HTTP Status Code: 500

 ** ValidationException **   
The provided input is not valid. Try your request again.  
HTTP Status Code: 400
