Updates information about the billing group.
Requires permission to access the UpdateBillingGroup action.

               The name of the billing group. Length Constraints: Minimum length of 1. Maximum length of 128. Pattern: [a-zA-Z0-9:_-]+Required: Yes

- billingGroupProperties

               The properties of the billing group. Type: BillingGroupProperties object Required: Yes 
- expectedVersion
- 
               The expected version of the billing group. If the version of the billing group does not match the expected version specified in the request, the UpdateBillingGrouprequest is rejected with aVersionConflictException.Type: Long Required: No
