# FHIR-Profilvalidierungen für HealthLake
<a name="reference-fhir-profile-validations"></a>

AWS HealthLake unterstützt die [FHIR R4-Basisspezifikation](https://hl7.org/fhir/R4). In der FHIR R4-Basisspezifikation sind FHIR-Profile enthalten. Profile werden für einen FHIR-Ressourcentyp verwendet, um mithilfe von and/or Einschränkungserweiterungen für den Basisressourcentyp eine spezifischere Definition eines Ressourcentyps zu definieren. Ein FHIR-Profil kann beispielsweise Pflichtfelder wie Erweiterungen und Wertesätze identifizieren. Eine Ressource kann mehrere Profile unterstützen. Alle HealthLake Datenspeicher unterstützen die Verwendung von FHIR-Profilen.

**Anmerkung**  
Das Hinzufügen eines FHIR-Profils ist *nicht* erforderlich, wenn Daten zu einem HealthLake Datenspeicher hinzugefügt werden. Wenn beim Hinzufügen oder Aktualisieren einer Ressource kein FHIR-Profil angegeben wird, wird die Ressource nur anhand des FHIR R4-Basisschemas validiert.  
FHIR-Profile, denen FHIR-Ressourcen entsprechen, sind in Ressourcen enthalten, bevor sie importiert werden. HealthLake Daher werden FHIR-Profile während des Imports validiert. HealthLake 

FHIR-Profile sind in einem Implementierungsleitfaden spezifiziert. ## Validierung der in einer Ressource angegebenen FHIR-Profile

Damit ein FHIR-Profil validiert werden kann, fügen Sie es mithilfe der im `profile` Implementierungsleitfaden angegebenen Profil-URL dem Element der einzelnen Ressourcen hinzu. 

FHIR-Profile werden validiert, wenn Sie Ihrem Datenspeicher eine neue Ressource hinzufügen. Um eine neue Ressource hinzuzufügen, können Sie den `StartFHIRImportJob` API-Vorgang verwenden, eine `POST` Anfrage zum Hinzufügen einer neuen Ressource stellen ` PUT ` oder eine vorhandene Ressource aktualisieren. 

**Example — Um zu sehen, auf welches FHIR-Profil in einer Ressource verwiesen wird**  
Die Profil-URL wird dem `profile` Element im `"meta" : "profile"` Schlüssel-Wert-Paar hinzugefügt. Diese Ressource wurde aus Gründen der Übersichtlichkeit gekürzt.

**Example — Wie referenziert man ein nicht standardmäßig unterstütztes FHIR-Profil**
