# AWS::Budgets::Budget CostTypes
<a name="aws-properties-budgets-budget-costtypes"></a>

The types of cost that are included in a `COST` budget, such as tax and subscriptions.

`USAGE`, `RI_UTILIZATION`, `RI_COVERAGE`, `SAVINGS_PLANS_UTILIZATION`, and `SAVINGS_PLANS_COVERAGE` budgets don't have `CostTypes`.
