Release phone numbers in Connect Customer from traffic distribution groups

To release phone numbers from a traffic distribution group, us the ReleasePhoneNumber API. The number is released back to inventory for other customers to claim it.

You cannot release numbers from a traffic distribution group by using the Connect Customer console.
