Channel

The channel for this ACW timeout configuration. Valid values: VOICE, CHAT, TASK, EMAIL.

Valid Values: VOICE | CHAT | TASK | EMAIL

Required: Yes

AgentFirstCallbackAfterContactWorkConfig

The ACW timeout settings for agent-first callbacks. This setting only applies to the VOICE channel.

Type: AfterContactWorkConfig object
