# Rerun Demand Plans for the Next Planning Cycle

After the plan is published, you can rerun the plan to produce a new forecast that uses the most up-to-date historical demand data as well as any additional input updates.

**To rerun a demand plan:**

1. Navigate to your active demand plan in the Plans section.

1. Choose **Rerun Plan**.

1. The system redirects you to the Plan Configuration page with the forecast start date field automatically cleared.

1. Review and modify configuration settings as needed:
   + Manually select a new forecast start date.
   + Adjust time horizon settings if required.
   + Update planning grain or prediction lead time if necessary.
   + Modify consensus plan rules (if applicable).

1. Choose **Confirm & Generate Plan** to trigger the forecast generation.
