Third-party subprocessors

Amazon Connect Decisions uses Boomi, a third-party API, to enable actions to be taken on your behalf in external systems. When you use a feature of Amazon Connect Decisions that connects to your third-party systems, you authorize us to use Boomi as our integration middleware to transmit and process your encrypted data; your data is not stored separately within Boomi.
