Supported Regions

This page describes the AWS Regions where you can use Amazon Connect Decisions. For more information about AWS Regions, see Specify which AWS Regions your account can use in the AWS Account Management Reference Guide.

Your data may be processed in a different Region from the Region where you use Amazon Connect Decisions. For information on cross-region processing in Amazon Connect Decisions, see Cross-region processing. For information on where data is stored during processing, see Data protection.

Supported Regions

Amazon Connect Decisions is available in the AWS Management Console, AWS Console Mobile Application, AWS website, AWS Documentation website in the following AWS Regions. These Regions are enabled by default, meaning you don't need to enable them before use. For more information, see Regions that are enabled by default.

You use Amazon Connect Decisions in the following Regions.
