Specifies the key value store and its configuration.

## Request Syntax

The request uses the following URI parameters.

The name of the key value store.  
Length Constraints: Minimum length of 1. Maximum length of 64.  
Pattern: `[a-zA-Z0-9-_]{1,64}`   
Required: Yes
