End of support timeline for AWS Clean Rooms SQL analytics engine

Support for new collaborations using the Clean Rooms SQL analytics engine ends on July 16, 2025. As of July 17, 2025, you can't create new collaborations with the legacy Clean Rooms SQL analytics engine. AWS Clean Rooms ends support for the Clean Rooms SQL analytics engine on December 17, 2025.

End of support timeline for Clean Rooms SQL analytics engine

Starting now through July 16, 2025, new collaborations using the legacy Clean Rooms SQL analytics engine require a limit increase. Starting July 17, 2025, you can't create new collaborations with this engine. AWS Clean Rooms ends support for the Clean Rooms SQL analytics engine on December 17, 2025.

Separate member abilities

The collaboration creator can now designate one member as the member who can query and another member as the member who can receive results. This gives the collaboration creator the ability to make sure that the member who can query doesn't have access to the query results.

Analysis templates and Custom analysis rule

AWS Clean Rooms now supports analysis templates and the Custom analysis rule. Analysis templates enable collaborators to build or import their own custom SQL query to use in the collaboration. With the Custom analysis rule, the table owner can approve custom SQL queries on their configured tables.
