Attaches a resource-based permission policy to a CloudTrail event data store, dashboard, or channel.

Parameters:

strategy (Optional[PropertyMergeStrategy]) – (experimental) Strategy for merging nested properties. Default: - PropertyMergeStrategy.MERGE
