# MediaConnectRouterInputProps

Properties for a MediaConnect router input.

## Example

```ts
   // Redundant pipelines with explicit AZs
   InputConfiguration.mediaConnectRouter({
     availabilityZones: ['us-east-1a', 'us-east-1b'],
   });
```

## Properties

- `availabilityZones`: string[] — The availability zones for the router input pipelines.

  **Default:** single pipeline using the stack's first availability zone

  Provide one AZ for a single pipeline, or two for redundant pipelines.
  If omitted, defaults to the stack's first availability zone (single pipeline).

- `encryptionSecret`: [ISecret](/cdk/api/v2/docs/aws-cdk-lib.aws_secretsmanager.ISecret.html) — The Secrets Manager secret for custom encryption.

  **Default:** automatic encryption

  If not provided, automatic encryption is used.
