# ChannelClass

The class of the channel.

Determines the pipeline redundancy.

- `SINGLE_PIPELINE`: [ChannelClass](/cdk/api/v2/docs/@aws-cdk_aws-medialive-alpha.ChannelClass.html) (static) — Single pipeline — no redundancy.

- `STANDARD`: [ChannelClass](/cdk/api/v2/docs/@aws-cdk_aws-medialive-alpha.ChannelClass.html) (static) — Standard — two pipelines for redundancy.

- `value`: string — The underlying string value passed to CloudFormation.
