# DeleteOauth2CredentialProvider


Deletes an OAuth2 credential provider.

The request does not use any URI parameters.

## Request Body


The request accepts the following data in JSON format.

The name of the OAuth2 credential provider to delete.  
Type: String  
Length Constraints: Minimum length of 1. Maximum length of 128.  
Pattern: `[a-zA-Z0-9\-_]+`   
Required: Yes

## Response Syntax

HTTP/1.1 204
```

## Response Elements


If the action is successful, the service sends back an HTTP 204 response with an empty HTTP body.

HTTP Status Code: 403

This exception is thrown when a resource referenced by the operation does not exist  
HTTP Status Code: 404

 ** ThrottlingException **   
This exception is thrown when the number of requests exceeds the limit  
HTTP Status Code: 429

 ** UnauthorizedException **   
This exception is thrown when the JWT bearer token is invalid or not found for OAuth bearer token based access  
HTTP Status Code: 401

 ** ValidationException **   
The input fails to satisfy the constraints specified by the service.  
HTTP Status Code: 400
