# Deleting a configuration for AWS Artifact notification settings

**Note**  
The content of this page is only applicable to commercial AWS [Regions](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/glossary/latest/reference/glos-chap.html?icmpid=docs_homepage_addtlrcs#region), and does not currently apply to AWS GovCloud (US) Regions.

If you no longer need a [configuration that you created](notifications-configuration-create.md) for AWS Artifact notification settings, then you can delete the configuration in the AWS Artifact console.

**To delete a configuration**

1. Open the [Notification settings](https://console.aws.amazon.com/artifact/notification) page of the AWS Artifact console.

1. Select the configuration that you want to delete.

1. Choose **Delete**.

1. In the **Delete configuration** dialog box, choose **Delete**.
