# ListExperimentDefinitions

Lists the experiment definitions for an account. You can filter results by application, configuration profile, environment, or status.

The request uses the following URI parameters.

The application ID or name to filter results.  
Length Constraints: Minimum length of 1. Maximum length of 2048.

The configuration profile ID or name to filter results.

The environment ID or name to filter results.  
Length Constraints: Minimum length of 1. Maximum length of 2048.

 ** [MaxResults](#API_ListExperimentDefinitions_RequestSyntax) **   <a name="appconfig-ListExperimentDefinitions-request-uri-MaxResults"></a>
The maximum number of items to return for this call.  
Valid Range: Minimum value of 1. Maximum value of 50.

 ** [NextToken](#API_ListExperimentDefinitions_RequestSyntax) **   <a name="appconfig-ListExperimentDefinitions-request-uri-NextToken"></a>
A token to start the list from a previously truncated response.  
Length Constraints: Minimum length of 1. Maximum length of 2048.

 ** [Status](#API_ListExperimentDefinitions_RequestSyntax) **   <a name="appconfig-ListExperimentDefinitions-request-uri-Status"></a>
A filter for the experiment definition status.  
Valid Values: `ACTIVE | IDLE | ARCHIVED`

HTTP Status Code: 500

The requested resource could not be found.
