Pausing integration with Quick Suite

After you enable the plugin, it automatically queries Amazon Quick Suite for every user prompt. To stop automatically querying Quick Suite, you can pause the plugin. When you pause the plugin, end users will no longer see insights from Quick Suite answers. You continue to incur costs for Quick Suite Admin Pro subscription users.

To pause the integration

  1. Log in to the Amazon Q Business console.

  2. Choose your application.

  3. In the navigation pane, choose Amazon Quick Suite.

  4. In QuickSight details, choose Pause Quick Suite answers.

  5. Confirm your decision to pause the integration. When you're ready to resume, choose Resume QuickSight Answers on this page.
