# Agents

You can use *Agents* to monitor agent performance, track their decision-making processes, analyze conversation flows, and troubleshoot issues through comprehensive metrics and tracing. This includes monitoring both Amazon Bedrock AgentCore managed agents and self-hosted or third-party agents that emit telemetry data to CloudWatch.
